Chef Kelly just reopened a redesigned PRIMO at The Ritz Carlton/JW Marriott resort in Orlando and she's also the owner/operator of PRIMO at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort in Tucson AZ.
Operating from our custom shipping container kitchens, Melissa's personally trained chefs will source all their food from local family farms at each MKPD location. Chef Maureen Miclat (Head Chef @ MKPD Huntington) worked side by side with Chef Kelly @ PRIMO in Rockland ME this summer immersed in farming, cooking, chickens, pigs and more! A talented chef in her own right, Maureen is passionate about the PRIMO culture & Chef Kelly's cooking style.
A limited menu of Melissa's signature dishes will soon be available to order online for pickup & delivery-only in multiple locations nationwide. To open our first location, MKPD partnered with Harbor Harvest, a leader in water-born, sustainable food distribution from local Long Island, CT & NJ family farms to the top restaurants in these areas.
